Business Concept Round

In the Business Concept Round, teams will submit their ideas for creating  new, successful ventures.  Their presentation should clearly explain the business idea and what opportunity or need exists for their product or service. Plans should consider the product’s market and how the product is unique and fits into the market. The idea should also mention how revenue will be generated.

Concepts should be written concisely and be compelling to the reader.  Plans that address the size of a product’s opportunity and how well the idea meshes with its market will rise above plan filled with technical jargon.

All ideas and concepts are reviewed only by the professional staff of The Center and competition judges who have executed non-disclosure agreements, upholding the highest level of confidentiality with regard to the intellectual property of the submitters.  All concepts remain the property of the submitter.

Business Concepts must be two pages or less.  <Click here> to view an example concept.
