Each opportunity/challenge is different and our resources are hand picked to meet the mutually agreed upon requirements of the entrepreneur. Our mission is to be a resource to benefit our entrepreneurs and business owners.
At The Center we know you will not open your company or reveal your idea to just anyone, but you can trust that you will receive outstanding service from our combination of highly skilled faculty, trained students and regional independent consultants. All participants have executed non-disclosure/non-competition documents. You know your business, we know engineering, technology and business systems. The process begins with an initial consultation between the entrepreneur/business owner and a representative of the Center to determine need and develop a brief action plan. Once agreed upon, the team is assembled and reviewed by the entrepreneur/owner. The scope of services and deliverables are developed by the team, and once approved, the consultants proceed and work closely with the entrepreneur.
Our clients include entrepreneurs , business owners, and manufacturers like you who want to maintain or improve their competitive advantage, develop new products, reduce costs or enter new markets.
